Na Afrikaanse Bladsy

Approximately 100 stands, many of them with magnificent views over the Waterberg or the adjacent area, are for sale at prices ranging from R250 000 tot R350 000.  The stands vary in size from 450mē tot 625mē.  Owners must build a house of at least 75mē according to the rules of the scheme on the stand within 5 years after the date of purchase.  These rules include aesthetical aspects such as a tiled roof.  A building construction company on site can assist owners with the building.

Monthly levies are payable. All costs such as for water, rubbish removal etc. are included in the monthly levy, except for the electricity, which is supplied through a pre-paid metering system.

Caravan Stands

Each caravan stand is a minimum of 10m X 15m in extent with its own, modern kitchenette and bathroom.  A concrete floor of 7m X 7m is also provided for each stand.  Caravans can remain on the stand permanently.  Owners can also personalise their stands within limits.

There are only 33 caravan park stands available, of which quite a few has already been sold.

When owners are not using their own homes or caravan stands, it can be rented out for them to secure a welcome additional income.

Kammaland Estate is in effect developed as a small town with roads, street lighting, rubbish removal and municipal electricity.  Owners must abide by a set of house rules to ensure the serenity of the Estate and the protection of nature and the environment.

Kammaland Estate is registered as a share-block scheme in terms of Act 59 of 1980, similar to the ownership structure of most flats on the Durban beach front.  This ensures the safety and protection of the investment, and that its value will increase over time.  The scheme is managed and controlled by the buyers or owners as the shareholders.

In specific instances, where approved buyers have a sufficient deposit, the developer will provide a guaranteed loan to the buyer.
